desperately need home for outside cats

:hello:I am desperately looking for a home for two outside cats.One of them could be considered feral.They are both very sweet cats,who have come to rely on me for food and water over the past few years.I am moving and cannot take them with me.Believe me, if there was any possible way I would,but in my current situation I will be forced to leave them,possibly to die on the streets,if I cannot find a home for them.Any cat lovers out there,PLEASE help!It would break my heart to leave them,but I am running out of time and ideas.Or if you know of a rescue group who would be willing to take them,let me know.I have not been able to find any with room who will take outside(somewhat feral) cats.Many blessings.

I have a friend/neighbor who is looking for a couple of barn cats. The cats need to stay outside because her partner is allergic. I will tell her about your situation and get you two in touch if you'd like. Do you have a number where she can call you? We live in Bennett Valley.
