I have just begun to read Elaine Aaron's book, the "Highly Sensitive Child". Wow, does it ever seem to fit my daughter, Olivia! I am learning to fine-tune some of the ways I interact with her, and it is doing wonders. I guess about 15-20% of the population would be classfied as "HS", as the author defines it.
I'd love to possibly form a parent/moms 'group' of HSCs. I have 1 or 2 other moms already interested. This would not be a daytime playgroup.
