This very interesting article in the morning's NYTimes, is a reminder of why we who are lucky enough to live in Sonoma County should definitely be buying Straus and Clover Organic milk products. The cows that produce those milks are grazing right here in our own extraordinary environment, not in ....well, read the article and see if you don't agree, but it seems to me that those "other" organic milks really aren't up to the standards of what we want to be feeding our children.
Needless to say the same goes for the preference we need to give to local organic (and sometimes even local over organic) when it comes to all of our food.
