Bandit needs to move again. He is a sweet yearling (will be 2 in March) QH gelding, bay in color about 14 hands now. Would like a friendly place with a place to tye up and groom, round pen and arena are not necessary but a nice to have.

Sonoma area would be best, if not Petaluma area. Since he is so young, would like him to be around friendly horses that are not too territorial, possibly a pasture or paddock space with other geldings. Don't want him getting kicked.

He is current on all shots and worming. Imprinted and very social with humans. Would like gentle caretaker if turnouts are included. He does not have any bad habbits and don't want to start any. He is on hay 2 x a day with rice bran and vitamins. I supply the rice bran and vitamins. Most important to me is that facility is clean, safe and friendly and care/schedule is consistant.

Hi,

In Petaluma, you might call Christen Steere, she is the manager of her husband's large amimal vet practice (Robert Steere) and she is a rider, she will know most places in the Petaluma area.

In West County, call Suzanne Brock. I doubt if her place is what you are looking for, but she also will know all the places in West County.

Both are friends, Bruce G

Pegasus riding School may have a boarding space, but this is by the Ursaline Hi School in the SantaRrosa hills. Cost would be negotiable, and he would be socialized and have 5 horsey friends and sheep to keep him company under the oaks and daily grooming.
