Hello friends,

I am starting a gleaning program for west county and to start would like help finding sources of unharvested food that is available to be picked/collected. If you have any fruit or nut trees, or an abundance of produce you do not know what to do with, please let me know and myself and some friends will come and collect the surplus for you. I plan on redistributing the food to food banks, to volunteers, to you!, or if applicable, make a community preserve and distribute it in that way.

Please contact me with any sources you may have, I will be happy to come harvest for you and get good, regionally-specific food out to the larger community.

Thank you for your help, more information will come soon.

We still have lots of apples on our trees. Are you interested?

We do a lot of "Gleaning" with our composting at green valley
let me know if you have leftover surplus that is "spoiled" perhaps we could compost it for you or I could advise you on some simple systems you could use! we eat up most of what we
come across! but if we have a huge windfall we'll let you know.
