Part-time house help needed

I am looking for a caring, sensitive person (or 2) to come to my house for an hour or two on weekday afternoons, to help with simple household chores, heating up dinner, a few light-weight office tasks, and misc. etc. Pay is $12/hour (plus occasional extras, like free gourmet mushrooms), and the work environment is relaxed and interesting in various ways. The current helper (who is moving away) is averaging about $100/week.

Am located on Guerneville Rd. near 116, so someone in the Forestville/Graton/north Sebastopol area would good.
