After a very full summer cultivating our program offerings etc., the Livability Project is ready to engage the community in events, mapping and local project incubation. The Livability Project is a non-profit organization working to focus, organize and accelerate local sustainability through community-wide collaboration.
Right now, we are looking for community members who are interested in teaching, speaking, facilitating, hosting and/or attending Livability event(s). We are developing a three-month calendar, and are happy to include other group's events in addition to those that we are producing ourselves. Email any ideas of events that you want to see us produce or market related to livability to [email protected].
We are also looking for volunteers and donations to help roll out the project as a whole. Tasks include research, outreach, planning, communications and fundraising. If you have time, resources or money that you would like to contribute to the project call Lauren Thomas at (707) 486-4672.
