Hi Karl: I really appreciate your offer to help me. BUT, apparently I did not make myself clear. I DO HAVE THE AVERY WIZARD, and have already completed a couple of jobs using Avery for labels.
And it was very easy.
This time around, I used the NEW way, the manner in which you can convert to OUTLOOK. Or at least I thought I was. But I became confused when I had to stop for the moment. It was not very clear, at least to me, how to close it and be able to reopen it later. So a couple of times, I found myself retyping a number of labels, and then suddenly, there was the original batch I had not previously been able to find. NOT SURE IF I AM SAYING THIS RIGHT OR NOT.
What I was trying to do was to have the labels ready to incorporate into someone's OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK. I do have the labels typed but when I pulled it up last time I had 3 or 4 versions and despite my efforts to make it clear by titles which one was latest...
I don't have the AVERY WIZARD in front of me but will check it out later, and mark down the exact system I was aiming for.
Thanks so much.:)::):

Helen, you can download the latest version . . . Avery Wizard v3.1 from www.avery.com (https://www.avery.com). After you save it to your computer, close any open programs (including your browser), then open the file you downloaded and follow the directions. The installation procedure puts a red triangular Avery logo button on the Word document toolbar. Open Word to a new blank document, then click the Avery button on the toolbar to start the job.
Let me know if you try this and still have problems.
Best,
Karl
