In the recycling bins just east of and down the steps from the side entrance of the Sebastopol library are books, basically thrown away for recycling-saw "Life of Pi" and classics and a host of others-there is some other recycling stuff in there but if you PICK AT THE PILE CAREFULLY-should avoid other paper garbage...seems like a shame to throw 'em out.....:hmmm: (not sure what day they pick up recycling-Monday morning?)

Is there any law about going through recycling stuff on other property??????

Courts have said that any 'set-outs'; i.e. garbage, recycling and yard waste, are the property of the disposal/recycling/composting companies who pick it up. Also, most people would object to having others look through their 'trash'; a matter of privacy.
