View Full Version : Help reg. dislocation of shoulder
Hi,
I recently dislocated my right arm and I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this, and if so what non invasive treatments were helpful.
I do not have an MRI yet so don't quite know the extent of the damage, but I'm hoping that it can be treated without surgery.
Thanks!!

Just went through months of shoulder problems, now better.
There are specific exercises to rehab, and sometimes a Cortezone injection
in the shoulder joint works.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent is great at helping with shoulder joint pain. You can read about it at www.frequencyspecific.com. It is available at my clinic, Cleansing Ministries. Just call 545-4569 to make an appointment.

I think the best overall book on body pain as it relates to structural alignment is Pain Free by Pete Egoscue who runs a sports injury clinic in San Diego and now has a branch in San Francisco.
Other treatments may be more appropriate in the immediate time frame but do give that book a look for the best maintainence exercises to regain full mobility and utility.
I have a casual friend/acquintance that completely torn his tendon off the bone and went thru the whole standard operation and still can't raise his arm out fully parallel to the ground...if you wanted his experience I could try to contact him for you.
good luck!
