I've got a nasty bug. It started a few weeks ago with fatigue and now I have full on flu like symptoms, with bronchial congestion, laryngitis etc. Does anyone else out there have this or know what it is?

Hi,
Yes, I, too had that and it was awful. I took airborne for five days and then switched to an herbal preparation from Rosemary's Garden in Sebastopol. My cousin thought I had Whooping Cough. Had I been in the area for the first week, I would have seen my Dr for treatment but once home it was too late for medicine. It has been over three weeks and although I cough a little in the morning, I am pretty well now.
Drink a lot of water and eat light food, no milk products other than yogurt....
Good luck....get a lot of rest....
