I've heard that games-theory researchers have found that the most profitable exchange-game strategy is tit for tat.
They also say that when tit-for-tat players can identify each other and opt to make their exchanges among themselves, they clean up. A friend and i have been talking about how powerful it could be if trustworthy life-players could identify each other in real life.
Does anyone know of any such network? It seems to me that if it could be set up and regulated well, it would make us collectively a great resource to each other, thus giving us more power to help the world, as most of us in this category spend a lot of time doing. If it could be put out on the Internet, it might have the potential to develop eventually
into something that could make a fantastic difference.
