Does anyone know of a local source for Teff (Tef) flour?
It's the stuff they use to make that yummy Ethiopian flat bread.

I've already checked Andies, Whole Foods Sebastopol, The Community Market and Olivers, and no luck.

I can get it online, but would rather buy locally..

Thanks in advance for any leads!

Teff is rare to come by, but only one solution comes to mind.
Buy the Teff in grain form and envision it turning into flour or purchase a manual/electric grain grinder.

If you're ever in SF, they sell it in bulk at Rainbow Grocery.
