I have been experimenting with bread making lately and would love to learn from someone who can help me improve upon some basic skills. I have ideas of starting some sort of "bread club" where bread is baked once a week and locally distributed/bartered amongst other artisans in area. Any interest?

Maybe my experimentations with KimChee should get together with your experimentations with bread, they go good together. When I make it I make a lot. Make a new batch probably twice a week.
Don't know about bread though.

I just learned of someone that makes bread tonight. Apparently the house that he lives at...there are plans to have hands-on workshops once a week. My other email. I am serious, but I was also attempting humor as far as our hobbies working well together.
Hopefully we can communicate further. Maybe we know some of the same people.
