Hey Driving Waccies!

Here's a link to a good definitive answer as to why the email circulating about new fines for various traffic violations is a hoax and why it is not supported (except in a couple of specific instances cited in the email it IS supported) by existing traffic law:

I found it interesting that there is nothing on the DMV official website debunking this. Maybe they want us in a chronic state of panic and anxiety?
