Wanted: A Private Secured Loan

Wanted: A long term secured loan from private party in the community. I own 8 acres just outside Ukiah in Mendocino County with a residence and outbuildings on it, however it's not a house that can qualify for a typical home loan, so I am interested private funds to refinance the property including the existing first and or to finance a second on the property for debt consolidation purposes, to be secured by the acreage. The land is worth 500k minimum as it is very unique and in a desirable location, has meadows, redwoods, and a river. I have a 115,000.00 15 year fixed 1st at 7% with a solid 5 year payment history and owe about 100k left on the loan. I'm wishing to borrow a 200k first or to keep the existing first and borrow a 100k second on the property, at a low 15 or preferably 30 year fixed interest rate for debt consolidation purposes, including paying off some credit cards and a 15 year 6% RV loan, and other misc debt consolidation; the ultimate goal being to lower my monthly payment obligations.
