a Flex Alert for Thursday, July 5th, 2007 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.<o:p></o:p>

Due to the current hot weather, the demand for electricity is <o:p></o:p>
approaching capacity. As a result, state officials have called <o:p></o:p>
a Flex Alert. It's urgent that you:<o:p></o:p>

* Turn off all unnecessary lights<o:p></o:p>
* If you must use an air conditioner, turn it up to 78 degrees or higher<o:p></o:p>
