Hello,
The North Bay Macrobiotic Potluck Group meets each month in to share great food and macro ideas.
I encourage you to come if you haven’t come before. It’s always a friendly group of people and we have the most wonderful meal. It’s a great way to meet new friends and learn some things. Tell your friends, and kids are welcome.
