So, I am trying to decide if I am going to Burning Man this year (1st time) and I already have a ticket. Am looking for a camp to join and would be happy to participate in a creative endeavor that such a camp might be putting together. Is it meant to be? We shall see what comes my way.

Yes, you are goiing to Burning Man this year! Don't miss out on a great experience. I've been many times and love it. I've also convinced lots of people to go who weren't sure about it and they all end up loving it. My name is Derek and I'm going w/my wife Krista. We would love to meet with you and maybe all camp 2gether. We've been meaning to find a good camp with some local folks here but just haven't gotten around to it. Maybe we could meet up and join a bigger group or maybe you could just camp with us and some of our friends from Tahoe. We just moved to this area last year so that's where most of our burner friends are. We do have some leads on local groups though. Maybe we could motivate eachother to get involved. How old are your kids? We have a 4 yr old boy. So let's meet up sometime at a park or something and the kids can play and we can chat. You live in Santa Rosa?
