Hey Barry,
I have some suggestions.
1:
When I am looking for housing or other things on Wacco, it's very handy to have a way to email myself the post as on Craigslist. I saw that someone else suggested this option (to be able to forward a post to oneself), and I see you responded that you've added the option. I've been using computers for years as you know, but I easily missed the little envelope icon that allows people to email posts. Can we add a small label to the email icon, as well as to the print icon?
I would look for a more visible button like the oval reply button, but a small label added to the email and print icons would also help catch my eye.
2:
Occasionally I copy and paste the post to a file or email.
The relative time is not so helpful to me as a reference (example: 21 hours ago, 1 day ago, etc.). Can you offer an option to display the actual time and date stamp? That way when I copy the post I can also copy and paste the actual date.
I would always use the actual date if this was a preference I could set.
The date of the post helps me keep organized.

In terms of visual organization when I look at a post, I tend to expect the date visible on the post to be the date of the post. But that is not the case on Wacco posts.
Instead it's the date the member joined, plus the number of posts they've made appears in the upper right corner. This is confusing to me. Firstly I am looking for the date of the post - my eye is drawn to the join date.
I would expect to see information about the member clustered in one place. Logically that would be under the member's name on the left corner. You could move the join date and number of posts to under the member name. That would free up the top right corner for the date of the post.
This is just one suggestion; perhaps there are other ways to address this.
