The Farm Community in Tennessee. I have SO MANY good
friends in Sebastopol area, are any of you interested in
having a "retirement spot" in a state with NO BUILDING CODES???
The weather is warm, but has four seasons, but RARELY snows.
Frosts at night in winter, sometimes FREEZES hard, but usually
pretty good weather.
