Plan on coming down to beautiful Graton and have breakfast at our 28th annual Graton Firefighters Association Pancake Breakfast. Enjoy pancakes, scrambled eggs, Fiesta ham, Taylor Made coffee, Traditional Medicinal teas, Manzana apple juice, fresh orange juice, hot cocoa, and milk. Breakfast starts at 7am until 12:00pm and tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for kids over six. Try to avoid <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:time Hour="8" Minute="30">8:30 – 10:00am</st1:time>, which is the busiest time.
Oh, did we mention all of the fire engines, SWAT tank, police cars, and helicopters for the kids to see? How about the coloring books, red fire hats, and safety pamphlets? What about the reflective address signs made while you eat? Did we point out the 200+ raffle prizes from B&B stays to a $400 pearl necklace (tickets are only $1)? How about the Blood Bank of the Redwoods’ donation RV (if you donate, you get to skip the line)? Well, if none of that interests you… just come down and meet the volunteer firefighters that serve the community safeguarding life and property. Graton Fire Protection District now runs more calls than any other volunteer department in Sonoma County, from the Fire Chief to the Trainees, we are all volunteers. We respond to 500 calls annually.
