Hi Everyone,
I am interested in purchasing a minimum of 50 pounds of pure mountain grown Costa Rican coffee - the best coffee I have tasted when I was there a few months ago. A 50 pound minimum will give us the best price per pound. I will be purchasing the premium medium roast which has a nice smooth almost chocolate flavor.

<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=2 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD colSpan=2>The Sun dried, Cordoba Estate coffee beans from the Dota Mountains in Costa Rica is simply perfection.

Exclusively grown at the farm of Santos Cordoba, these Dota Estate coffee beans are guaranteed to have been picked from the Center of the Harvest, to have been peeled within one hour of picking, not to have gone through the fermentation process and have been sundried for a period of 8 days.

All of these conditions, applied to beans that have only been picked ripe, produce aroma, fragrance and flavor never seen before. An intense chocolate taste will set this coffee apart from anything you have tried before.

NOW AVAILABLE as whole beans or ground, our Cordoba Estate bags will have the name of the buyer and the roasting date at no additional cost.

Our regular quantity discounts apply to this coffee too:

$13.53/lb when you buy 5 or more

$12.25 when you buy 25 pounds or more

$11.51 when you buy 35 pounds or more

$10.76 when you buy a case of 50 pounds

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>Shipping originates in Costa Rica and it takes 3 to 7 days from the time it leaves our warehouse. Our basic costs to ship directly from Costa Rica are a bit high so we have structured our rates in a way that our per-pound prices go down as the number of pounds in the shipment increases.

For example, the price to deliver 2 pounds anywhere in the USA is about US$11.00 but to deliver 5 pounds is under US$14.95. To deliver 10 pounds is just under US$22 and 20 pounds is under $36, not even twice as much as delivering 10 pounds.

I met the owner of the coffee plantation and learned alot about growing fine quality coffee.
If any of you are interested in buying some premium whole bean coffee, please let me know.
Here is the website for you to check it out:

I would like to put in my order soon, so please let me know asap how many pounds you would like. When the coffee arrives, I will have a pick up date.

Gail--Under what conditions are these beans grown and picked? a workers' co-op, or what?
I don't imagine you're trying to sell the produce of a standard finca on wacco, but ever since
i read My Name is Rigoberta Menchu i've been very careful.
