Will 'da Terminator clean up 'da dirty Dem Senate?
('da = Willie Brown stained)

'Da compromised U.S. Senate is driven by Big Oil/Red China to weasel out of its duty to vote on ending 60 years of depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without due process of law through 73 unconstitutional undeclared wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, that serve corporate evil, not we the people.

In northern California, Rachel Charity Lamm, her 3 year old Violet, and Mary E. Morrison are the top living victims of 'da congressional misconduct that caused the murder of over 650,000 victims, including 3,357 good Americans who volunteered to support and defend the Constitution for the United States, not to "shoot to kill" any man, woman, or child on Iraqi streets between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., including Marla Ruzicka, CIVIC founder and friend of Senators Barbara Boxer and Patrick Leahy.

On May 2, 2007, the House voted 222 to 203 to end this corruption and mass murder. Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich did not vote. The 203 pro murder traitors included 17 Representatives from California, including top traitors Jerry Lewis and Duncan Hunter, all of whom face death sentences under California Penal Code Section 37 IF California has an honorable Attorney General in Jerry Brown.

We the angry people of the United States say, "Congress: Don't roll over. Override Bush's veto of H.R. 1591"

The House is under the spell of Wizard of Deception Willie Brown through top fraudulent defendant Nancy Pelosi and is just as dirty as 'da GOP House.

Is 'da Dem controlled Senate just as dirty? Are California's Senators Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer going to let warmongers continue murdering and plundering in an endless undeclared war of congressional choice? Stay Tuned.

By the way, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger: It will help we the deceived people of California end congressionally legalized mass murder in Iraq if you would ask County of Sonoma Superior Court Judge Arnold Rosenfield to order the return of Rachel's baby NOW, and then ask Judge Robert S. Boyd to get Modern Mary of Arc into rehabilitation. In fact, if you don't, you are conspiring with dirt bags against the constitutional rights of two very effective women to help we the angry people of California stop mass murder. You would be ripe for a death sentence under U.S. Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 13, Section 241, Conspiracy against rights, if we the people of the United States had an honorable Attorney General. But AG Alberto Gonzales won't even honor Conspiracy against rights, (see below) let alone enforce it!

CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS
Summary: Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;...

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
