Yesterday in Santa Rosa, California, a miracle happened. Superior Court Judge Frank Passalaqua dismissed a bogus child endangerment charge that was keeping too effective undeclared war protester Rachel Charity Lamm separated from her three year old toddler, Violet. Rachel's heart was intentionally broken on March 1, 2007 when Judge James G. Bertoli took her baby in order to disable 'da 9-11 Truth Campaign. This abuse of power prevented Rachel from helping we the betrayed people expose 60 years of U.S. mass murder and plunder on foreign soil through undeclared wars of congressional choice, never necessity. All of this is covered up by a conspiracy run by Willie Brown. He is 'da former SF mayor who came within 41 minutes of being president for life after 9-11.

Boyd lock up Modern Mary of Arc for 37 days to get his cover boy Gavin Newsom elected SF mayor and had Montana take her sons to discourage her from saying, "I'm a Korean war baby. The Koran war and the Iraq war and all the unconstitutional wars in between were not for we the people. The way to fix this is to start with local councils."
Judge Passalacqua dismissed a bogus child endangerment charge that hindered forcing corporate-serving Congress to override Bush's threatened veto of H.R.1591. H.R.1591 ends the undeclared war of congressional choice in Iraq on March 31, 2008.
On February 25, 2007, Santa Rosa pot grower Lee Fredrick Jones and Sonoma County Sheriff Deputy Sam Villeggiante framed Rachel so Judge Bertoli could break her heart. But it all backfired big time before the toughest judge in Northern California. Apparently, Judge Frank J. Passalacqua has had enough congressional misconduct in favor of mass murder and 'da Brown/Green Chinese War, Wine, and Sex Machine. Senator Clinton: Stand up to your mistake
On April 29, 2007, U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Democratic presidential hopeful from New York, told an enthusiastic crowd of more than 3,000 at a Reno, Nevada high school,
"If this president does not end this war before he leaves office, when I am president, I will."
Senator Clinton could "end this" undeclared "war" of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, in Iraq tomorrow if she would admit that she and Senate Leader Harry Reid and 54 other pro strike-first Senators in the 110th Congress made a tragic (or more appropriately, treasonous) mistake when they authorized the use of deadly U.S. military force against Iraq without a congressional declaration of war under Public Law 107-243, the strike-first in undeclared war act of 2002.
Senator Clinton should say that "undeclared wars deprive persons of life, liberty, or property without due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment." She should also say what undeclared war opponent Senator Barbara Boxer told the Senate in January. California's most patriotic Senator said, "This Congress was never meant to be a rubber stamp. Read the Constitution. Congress has the power to declare war. And on multiple occasions, we have used that power to end conflicts."
Hillary Clinton and Harry Reid: "The worst foreign policy mistake in the history of this country," quoting Senate Leader Reid, was made by YOU and the 107th CONGRESS, not by 9-11 Non-Commander and attempted wife killer, "I'm a war president" Bush. The 110th Congress must repeal Public Law 107-243!
Override Bush's veto and get H.R. 1591's termination date in undeclared war on the "record." We the angry people don't care what else H.R. 1591 does as along as it tells Bush when to stop mass murder.
THE ONLY SAFE WAY OUT OF THE IRAQ MESS IS FOR Congress to use its Boxer-recognized "power to end the conflict" by declaring a cease fire in Jihad. Jihadists honor the teachings of Mohammed and will stop killing invading infidels if congressionally betrayed infidels stop attacking them. It is that simple.
Stop the killing by a cease fire in Jihad. Repeal unconstitutional Public Law 107-243.
