I am acquainted with a woman in Napa who is putting her home up for sale. It is on 34 acres and has a barn and one or two other buildings. It has LOTS OF RESTRICTIONS so not good for a business for profit but I asked about possibilities of an animal rescue organization buying it. OKAY for that but restrictions on them is unknown. THE FAMILY DOES WANT A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO GET IT if possible.

It is selling for $1.9 million dollars.
