Senate Leader Reid: We the abused people
need two more good votes to end undeclared war
Honorable Harry Reid:
On March 15, 2007, your bill, Senate Joint Resolution 9, which attempted to revise U. S. foreign policy on Iraq, failed by only two votes out of 98. Cowardly Senators John McCain and Tim Johnson did not vote. Freshman Senator Barack Obama voted for revision as did other announced candidates for president, Hillary Clinton and Joseph Biden. Former pro-undeclared war supporters Clinton and Biden are now serving we the people.
In October of 2002, your dishonor and Senators Biden, Clinton, Dianne Feinstein, John Kerry, Charles Schumer, and 48 other members of the current Senate, 184 members of the current House, including Ellen Tauscher and Tom Lantos, and "I'm a [undeclared] war president" Bush authorized this "worst foreign policy mistake in the history of this country," as you told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on February 17, 2007.
If you or any of the other 48 Senators who voted for revision, including switch voters Senators Biden, Clinton, Feinstein, Kerry, and Schumer, would admit that United States foreign policy in Iraq under Public Law 107-243 is blatantly unconstitutional because it deprives persons of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, the 50 public officers who voted against revising this criminal and unconstitutional foreign policy established by Public Law 107-243 would be forced to reconsider their votes or appear to be organized criminals and traitors.
The 50 Senators who voted against revising criminal and unconstitutional foreign policy established by Public Law 107-243, including Senators Chuck Hagel, Orrin Hatch, Joseph Lieberman, Trent Lott, Olympia Snowe, and Arlen Spector, gave aid and comfort to domestic enemies that feed off mass murder and plunder in undeclared wars of choice, not necessity, where persons are deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment. If they represented California and did not recant their vote, they would be ripe for death sentences under California Penal Code Section 37.
There were 48 public officers who appropriately upheld their Oaths to the people and honored their contracts with constituents by voting to revise foreign policy of legalizing mass murder and plunder in undeclared wars of choice, not necessity, under Public Law 107-243, the strike-first in undeclared war act of 2002.
On November 7, 2006, we the deceived and angry people elected undeclared war opponents to Congress, not representatives who dance around it. We want the killing for greed and genocide to end. Please introduce legislation that simply calls for a cease fire in Jihad to stop the killing in an undeclared war of choice, not necessity. Once the killing has stopped, Congress can REPEAL Public Law 107-243, not revise it, to end 60 years of mass murder in undeclared wars, none of which have been for we the people.
The only way to correct "the worst foreign policy mistake in the history of this country," is to repeal a foreign policy that betrays we the people by sending our volunteers into harms way without the full faith and support of we the people the United States and under an impostor commander in chief in an undeclared war of choice, not necessity.
Undeclared wars deprive persons of life, liberty, or property without due process in violation of the 5th Amendment. The 50 U.S. Senators who voted against S.J.Res. 9 not only committed treason, they failed to support and defend the 5th Amendment without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
We the informed people will NEVER re-elect any pro-strike firsters in 2008, including presidential candiates, UNLESS they IMMEDIATELY support a cease fire and repeal of Public Law 107-243. This evil law, the phony PATRIOT Act, and the Homeland false Security Act were triggered by the Enron organized crimes of 9-11.
The fact is that over 150,000 of we the deceived people volunteered to serve in defense of the United States in response, NOT an "act of war" as Senator John McCain called it, but to a domestically organized crime. Senator McCain made his cover up remark after he was probably instructed by Bad Boy Born-again Bush, our 9-11 Non-Commander and attempted wife killer President, who got his marching orders from 9-11 planner Ken Lay and 9-11 funder Warren Buffett.
The NORAD aided attacks on 9-11 under vanished Secretary of Offense Donald Rumsfeld were carried out by 19 Enron-sponsored al Qaeda Martyrdom Battalion mercenaries seeking paradise and 72 virgins by deceptively taking out anti-Enron U.S. Energy Czar Dick Cheney in favor of Communist China and Enron speculators like Buffett, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lord Jacob Rothschild.
You and 76 other members of the 107th Senate authorized mass murder and plunder Public Law 107-243 to give Big Oil access to the Caspian Basin by invading Iraq and then Iran. We the people want this corruption to end. Cease fire in Jihad and repeal Public Law 107-243. The 110 Congress not only need to revise foreign policy by repealing Public Law 107-243, it has to lean to stand up to a political killer who exploits it.
