Urgent but not local

Dear Barry,
Any chance of getting "URGENT: Peace for Iran" moved to Events? The vote is an event that takes place at a certain time and place--just not in CA.
It's just that it's so important, and i'm afraid so few people will see it in Talk.

Sorry, but all events must be local. There are thousands of important non-local events each day. Anything that you forward should go to the WaccoReader category. Most everybody who is subscribed to Events and Classes is also subscribed to WaccoReader as well.

Anything you write yourself, such as your personal plea why people should be interested in the event, can be posted to WaccoTalk. You may included the forwarded item there, but the bulk of your message should be something you have written.
