I'm with Sonic. This is the only site that I'm having this email lag time with - all other sites are normal. Are you getting email deliveries, or do you check this board?

I get some WaccoBB.net emails on time - just got yours for example. It doesn't appear to be my servers because whenever I test them, the emails come immediately - no delay whatsoever. What appears to be happening is that for some reason out of ten emails from WaccoBB.net - half will be current and half will be very old. I suspect there be something messed up with the send cue.
