Will a fair judge help tell Congress:
No more undeclared war?
At 3 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2007, Petitioner in pro per Rachel Charity Lamm from Graton, California, filed a motion to stay a second unconstitutional Order by California Superior Court Judge James G. Bertoli on March 1, 2007 that deprived her of the joint custody of her child and gave full custody to the father who has a record of substance and physical abuse. After she filed the motion, she checked the computer in the Clerk's Office for the scheduled hearings in her case before dishonorable Judge Bertoli. By Sunday noon, she had a new judge.
Earlier Friday, Rachel called the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department to set up an appointment to photograph bruises to her body sustained in her brutal arrest by Deputy Sam Villegiante on February 25, 2007 for having two glasses of wine with her mother! Out-of-character Sam lost control of himself when he roughed up tigress Rachel who was exercising her 4th Amendment right to resist a political arrest and an unreasonable seizure of her person from her house. She was arrested for child endangerment based being intoxicated. Her mother and another witnesses will testify she was not drunk. No sobriety test was made.
Apparently the abuse of a striking young mother by a comprised judge and deputy is too much to cover up, so a new judge will clean it up. Rachel is a member of 'da 9-11 Truth Campaign that is trying to get local governments to help we the people hold Congress accountable for legalizing mass murder and plunder in Iraq. She was set up for a bogus arrest probably to justify Judge Bertoli's taking her custody rights away behind closed doors on March 1, 2007. The removal of Judge Bertoli from Rachel's case could be the turning point for we the people in taking back the United States from fascist control. Stay tuned.
Hopefully, tomorrow, March 6, 2007 in Courtroom 12 at 8:30 a.m., Honorable Arnold D. Rosenfield will establish justice and restore a mother's custody by staying a clearly political child custody order so Rachel can concentrate on helping we the abused people stop the congressionally legalized murder of about 460 Iraqis and 2-3 congressionally betrayed and impostor commanded U.S. volunteers EACH DAY in Iraq under Public Law 107-243 and expose over 2,600 unplanned and unsolved murders in the Enron organized crimes of 9-11.
