by declaring a cease fire in Jihad and repealing your "worst foreign policy mistake."

On October 11, 2002, you and 76 other U.S. Senators including Hillary Clinton, Dianne Feinstein, Orrin Hatch, John Kerry, John McCain, and Arlen Spector voted for "A joint resolution to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against Iraq" in House Joint Resolution 114. Hopefully this treason was intentional.
In SEC. 3. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES, H.J.Res. 114 states ~
"(a) AUTHORIZATION- The President is authorized to use the Armed Forces of the United States as he determines to be necessary and appropriate ..."
H.J.Res. 114 became Public Law 107-243 upon the signature of President Bush.
We the people do not grant Congress the power to use force.
We the people who ordained and establish the Constitution for the United States detest the fact that Congress authorized one man, the President, to use force without a congressional declaration of war. Congress evaded its members' duty under oath and contract "to declare war" as the framers of the Constitution provided in Article I, Section 8, clause 11, IF the President requests a declaration of war and Congress declares war for the common defense of the union of states. For World War II, President Roosevelt requested and Congress granted five specific declarations of war against Japan, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, and Hungary.
We the people granted the power "to declare war" to Congress in order to provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States, which is a duty we we assigned to Congress in Article I, Section 8, clause 1. Our common defense of sates defense is never to be used for attack unless Congress first declares war.
On 9-11, our $385 billion investment in defense for 2001, under Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, stood down. 24/7 locked and cocked NORAD interceptors failed to take off and aided Enron organized crime. 3,005 people were murdered in crimes by domestic enemies who hired al Qaeda Martyrdom Battalion. Over 2,600 of these unsolved murders were apparently unplanned and resulted from a 41 minute delay at take off from Newark by star act hijacked United Flight 93.
The delay of Flight 93 delayed the distractive attacks by hijacked United Flight 175 and American Flight 11 on the Twin Towers until after workers had entered the buildings. To destroy evidence of mass murder from preset controlled demolition of unplanned occupied buildings by WTC principal Larry Silverstein, U. S. Air Force Major Rick Gibney shot down Flight 93 on direct order by President Bush. President Bush caused the delay by exploiting the planned surprise attack of on-time Flight 93 on the office of anti Enron VP Dick Cheney to become a widower.
On July 6, 2005, Senator Barbara Boxer told the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco, "Iraq was a war of choice, not necessity."
On Jan. 24, 2007, Senator Dianne Feinstein said "the use of force should be expired."
On Jan. 29, 2007, Senator Boxer told you and other U.S. Senators: "Read the Constitution. The Congress has the power to declare war. And on multiple occasions, we used our power to end conflicts."
On Feb. 17, 2007, you told CNN's Wolf Blitzer, "This war is a serious situation. It involves the worst foreign policy mistake in the history of this country. We find ourselves in a very deep hole and need to find a way to dig out of it." We the abused people have been waiting for this frank leadership since October 10, 2002.
The best way to dig our way out of this very deep hole is to repeal Public Law 107-243 which clearly established the worst foreign policy in the history of the United States, as you said. It is also the grandest organized crime ever committed, as 'da 9-11 Truth Campaign has been screaming since February of 2003.
Mistakes made by you and 372 other members of the 107th Congress on House Joint Resolution 114 resulted in Public Law 107-243. This evil law established not only the worst foreign policy in U.S. history, it legalizes mass murder and organized crime. It makes the Ken Lay organized crimes of 9-11 exploited by George w. Bush, Larry Silverstein, Lloyd Goldman, and Warren Buffet look like petty theft.
Your mistake has murdered over 650,000 victims, raised $368 billion of public blood debt, deprived over 3,144 congressionally betrayed troops of life without due process of a declaration of war, and made we the people the most hated neighbors in history, all for no public good and for measurable and growing public bad!
Undeclared war legalized by Public Law 107-243 deprives persons of life, liberty or property without due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment that you and every member of Congress are under Oath of Office and contract with the people of your states to support and defend against ALL enemies, foreign or domestic, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion. Shame on you!
Undeclared war in Iraq authorized by Public Law 107-243 serves domestic enemies in Big Oil and bottom feeders who feed off mass murder and plunder at the great expense of we the abused people. Once again, shame on you!
Public Law 107-243 was made by your office and 372 others in the 107th Congress when 9-11 Non-Commander and attempted wife killer Bush signed H.J.Res. 114. Of the 77 members of the 107th U.S. Senate that voted for the use of force in H.J.Res.114, there are 53 members plus yourself in the 110th Senate.
There are 16 members of the 110th Senate who did the right thing for we the abused people and voted against the use of force in H.J.Res.114.
There are 30 new members of the 110th Senate who were not members of Congress in 2002, and probably would not vote for the use of force today. Some of these post H.J.Res.114 members would no doubt support its repeal, especially 2008 presidential candidate, U.S. Senator Barack Obama.
You and Senators Feinstein, Kerry, and Spector would no doubt vote for repeal of the worst foreign policy mistake in U.S. history. Therefore, there are probably 50 members of the 100 member 11th Senate who would vote for the repeal of evil Public Law 107-243 to end the use of deadly force and correct this horrendous abomination. If Senator Obama comes on board, the Senate will clearly have a majority in favor of ending mass murder in the worst foreign policy in U.S. history.
Attached are six constitutional authorities that compel the 110th Congress to repeal murderous Public Law 107-243. Until this record mistake is repealed, why not call for a unilateral cease fire in Jihad? It appears to we the people that Jihadists honor the teachings of Mohammed more than Congress honors the Constitution! 6 authorities that compel the 110th Congress to repeal murderous PL 107-243:
(1) "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish," and continue to establish, the "Constitution for the United States of America," (Preamble). Public Law 107-243 uses our $2.7 billion/day common defense for striking first. Striking is an offense everywhere but on Capital Hill. On 9-11, our defense clearly stood down.
(2) Our founders did not provide for the use of military force on foreign soil unless Congress first declares war under power granted by Article I, Section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution. Public Law 107-243 unlawfully uses deadly military force in Iraq without a congressional declaration of war. Over 650,000 Iraqis have been unconstitutionally killed.
(3) "No person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law," according to the 5th and 14th Amendments of the Constitution FOR the United States. Public Law 107-243 criminally deprives persons of life (murder), liberty (wounding, maiming, martial law), or property (grand vandalism, theft) without due process of law. Over 3,150 U.S troops have been murdered in violation of constitutional law!
4) "The President shall be commander in chief ... when called into actual service of the United States," according to Article II, Section 2. We the people provide for a congressional declaration of war to be the call "into actual service." In Article I, Section 8, clause 15, Congress is granted the power of "calling forth the militia." No other branch may call forth. We do not want our military force killing without Congress first declaring war. Public Law 107-243 corruptly allows the executive branch to call itself "into actual service" to be "commander in chief" without Congress first providing due process of law through a declaration of war. This promotes fascist tyranny. Without a congressional declaration of war, our "I'm a war president" has not been called into actual service. Executive power has absolutely no ability to initiate anything, especially wire tapping.
(5) Any uncertainty regarding "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution" must be adjudicated by we "the people" to whom all powers not delegated "are reserved," according to the 10th Amendment. Congress is the sole branch of government granted power to call the President forth as commander in chief. How else is the President "called into actual service as commander in chief" except by a congressional declaration of war? Congress may not grant away its constitutionally delegated duty and power "to declare war" to another branch of government. With Public Law 107-243 Congress tragically grants its power to kill to the executive branch for corporate gain.
(6) All public officials are sworn to support and defend the Constitution and its amendments without ANY mental reservation or purpose of evasion. However, 373 members of the 107th Congress violated their Oaths. They gave aid and comfort to domestic enemies by voting for H.J. Res. 114. Violating the five authorities above, HJR114 became Public Law 107-243 upon the signature of a self appointed commander in chief.
U.S. Senators Hillary Clinton, Dianne Feinstein, John Kerry, Orrin Hatch, and John McCain and Representatives Tom Lantos, Nancy Pelosi, Ellen Tauscher and Lynn Woolsey refuse to acknowledge the above fundamental violations of law in P.L. 107-243.
