Da 9-11 Truth Campaign™ To End 60 Years Of Mass Murder and Plunder For Fascist Agenda.

Is the U.S. Senate preparing to say cease fire in Jihad in honor of
Marla Ruzicka and Mengyao Zhou? Stay tuned.

"Sweetest warrior girl" Marla Ruzicka was murdered by U.S. troops who are ordered to shoot to kill any man, woman, or child on Iraqi streets between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. The warrior girl quote came from Nicole Boxer at Marla's funeral on April 23, 2005. Nicole's mother, California's anti-strike-first U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer stood by her daughter's side.

On July 6, 2005, Senator Boxer told the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco that "Iraq was a war of choice, not necessity."

The author, 'da 9-11 Bounty Hunter John Jenkel, is prevented by California Superior Court Judge David W. Herrick from making any public comment about this before the Lake County Board of Supervisors. To prevent the author from exercising his 1st Amendment rights, Lake County Supervisors Rob Brown and Gary Lewis made false police reports that landed the author in Lake County jail. The publisher of the local newspaper, Gregg McConnell, called the Lake County Sheriff to remove the author from the Lake County Record Bee's open public lobby.

Mengyao "May" Zhou was apparently murdered, hacked, and stuffed into the trunk of her car but public officials in Santa Rosa, California are hiding this hideous crime. Yesterday, the Sonoma County Supervisors were officially informed of this during public comment. The Santa Rosa City Council did not meet.

The local TV 50 news team was fired on January 26, 2007 apparently for leaking the hacking information.

Both attractive women probably knew that the undeclared wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are totally corrupt. Their departed spirits appear to be forcing Congress to clean House by declaring a cease fire in Jihad and ending undeclared wars.

U.S. Senator Arlen Specter represents Pennsylvania where United Flight 93 crashed after USAF Major Rick Gibney shot it down on direct order by 9-11 Non-Commander and attempted wife killer Bush. On January 30, 2006, Senator Spector said during a hearing on Congress' war powers, amid an increasingly harsh debate over Iraq war policy, "The decider [of war policy] is a shared and joint responsibility." The senator is wrong. It is not a shared or joint responsibility. It is entirely a congressional responsibility. If he will admit it by saying CEASE FIRE IN JIHAD, 60 years of mass murder and plunder in undeclared wars of choice for fascist population management and U.S. corporate gain could end.

The decider of any federal policy is the legislative branch, NEVER the executive branch, especially policy of war. Congress establishes war policy by due process of a declaration of war and, thereby, calls into actual service of the United States the President as commander in chief.

President Bush is not a commander in chief. We the deceived and intimidated people are realizing that. Every member of Congress knows this, or will get the message in 2008.

Without a declaration of war, victims of war are deprived of life, liberty or property by U.S. actions without due process of fundamental U. S. law in violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments. In addition to violating the 5th and 14th Amendments, when 235 members of the new 110th Congress, including Senator Spector, voted for strike-first foreign policy in Public Law 107-243, the undeclared war act of 2002, they legalized mass murder on foreign soil. This evil act has made we the people the most hated people in the world. The result of this corrupt and unconstitutional law is mass murder, record public blood debt, and terrorism.

Anti-strike-first U.S. Senator Russell Feingold from Wisconsin said, "The Constitution makes Congress a coequal branch of government. It's time we start acting like it." He presided over the hearing on Congress' war powers. Being a co-equal power has nothing to do with the duty to exercise separate power which all three branches of local, state and federal government evade in violation of oaths and contracts to help Congress hide mass murder.

"Read the Constitution," Senator Boxer told her colleagues last week, according to Associated Press writer Laurie Kellman. "The Congress has the power to declare war." Senator Boxer significantly added, "And on multiple occasions, we used our power to end conflicts." Wow! We the people have a champion in California's anti strike-first Senator.

Since Senator Boxer is already on record saying, "Iraq was a war of choice, not necessity," we the angry people pray Senator Boxer will say Congress must use its power to end the optional conflict in Iraq. The optional killing will stop.

On January 24, 2007, California's U. S. Senator Dianne Feinstein said, "the use of force should be expired." Wow! We the people have a reformed traitor in California's pro strike-first Senator Feinstein.

To expire the blatantly unconstitutional executive use of military force without a congressional declaration of war, the honorable 110th Congress must repeal the War Powers Act of 1973 and the undeclared war act of 2002, Public Law 107-243.

The War Powers Act grants "the collective judgement (sic) of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of United States Armed Forces into hostilities." This is blatantly unconstitutional. We the people grant the power to use deadly military force on foreign soil ONLY to Congress.

Public Law 107-243, in SEC. 3. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES, grants the President "authorization to use the
Armed Forces of the United States as he determines to be necessary and appropriate ..." This is blatantly unconstitutional. We the people grant the power to use deadly military force in Iraq ONLY to Congress.

Why won't concerned Senators Boxer, Feinstein, Feingold, and Spector do the world a favor and team up with top corruption fighter U.S. Patrick Leahy to sponsor a bill that declares a unilateral cease fire in the undeclared Iraq war to stop the mass murder in Jihad? With the killing stopped and the murderous pressure off a clearly conflicted 110th Congress, Congress could set about making historic corrections for we the abused people that ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States by repealing the unconstitutional War Powers Act and subsequent Public Law 107-243.

The 110th Congress is frozen in fear of political termination by Communist China's top foreign agent Willie Brown. They know that California's Phantom Governor Willie Brown can scare off murderous corporate sponsors who feed in the world's most lucrative market, California, which 9-11 material witness and Wizard of Deception Willie has controlled with a fascist fist since 1980.

The covering up this highest level corruption is causing the City of Santa Rosa, the Santa Rosa Junior College, the New York Times owned Press Democrat, and Clear Channel Communications to hide the murder and hacking of Stanford graduate student Mengyao Zhou.

Dear John Jenkel,

Marla Ruzicka was killed by a car bomb placed by Iraqi insurgents, probably Sunni Baath Party nationalists or the Zarkawi (sp?) Al Queda In Iraq tendency or a combination of both.

On what do you base the claim that U.S. soldiers were responsible?

And what the hell does "cease fire in Jihad" exactly mean?
