We need volunteers for phonebanking at the office in Santa Rosa on Monday through Thursday from 6 to 9 pm: 540 Mendocino Ave., between 7th and 9th, directly across the Street from the Unitarian Church. Plenty of free parking meters after 6.
We also need precinct walkers for the RP/Santa Rosa areas. Walking is done in pairs, between 6 and 8 pm or on weekends till 8 pm., after attending a 1 to 2 hour training by Daniel Solnit at the Santa Rosa office: Sat. am's at 10 or
Thursday pm's at 7. Walking kits are ready, with names and addresses of
registered voters.
For phonebanking, Jenna, the phonebank coordinator, will
be on hand to explain. EIGHT WEEKS TILL THE ELECTION!
To volunteer for precinct walking, try to call Daniel ahead of time: 823-4410 and leave name, address and which training you can attend. Same for phonebanking.
Otherwise, just show up.
According to the polls, we just will not make it without more help!!!!
