I had no problem opening it and there is no reason to think it would cause any harm to your computer other than closing your browser.

I'm sorry; :idea: if you have a slow modem or a slow computer you might want to first download to your computer by right clicking and saving target as. Then opening it up after it is downloaded. This will work for most videos that are a bit larger files; I think this one is around a megabyte. Apple users your on your own!
