We found a place to stay and have a tent, however, the county won't allow us electricity into the tent and so need something like a tent trailer or any RV for Larry's needed breathing machine.
You might think of it as free space rental to store your RV for a time. We need something to use until October 31st.
We are very neat and clean and would take excellent care of it.
My partner/caretaker and I have found ourselves unexpectedly homeless. I have been going through chemotherapy for breast cancer and am nearly finished. We have been able to stay with my gracious son up until now. Unforseen problems for him has prevented us to continue to stay with him. I need to complete my Breast Cancer Treatment. This should be by the end of October. I still need to be taken care of as I am weak and can't do a lot as yet.
Consequently, this unexpected situation has left us unprepared as I haven't been able to work for several months and my partner/caretaker isn't in a position to support me fully and visa versa.
What we need is a place ASAP. We are open to many possilities. We could housesit if you are going on vacation. A spare room would be wonderful if you are willing to share your space for a time being. If you have a little back house or an empty house, RV, etc. you would consider allowing us to stay in until you either need it back or our time for assistance is up would be great. We also have much camping equipment and if we could use a bathroom for a shower and toilet as well as one electrical hookup for the tent, and be able to cook our meals on the campstove outside, I think we could stay pretty much out of your way.
We are open to compensation. My partner can help with the cleaning and upkeep of the yard. He is a great Certified Holistic Massage Therapist willing to trade his talent. I am a very good counselor with 20 years of experience in the counseling field. I am also an artist and a good cook. We are able to pay for our own bills, feed oursleves and contribute to your utilities if necessary. We are in our mid-50's and very easy to get along with and are very responsible and respectful to others and property. We both have excellent references from friends, family, and previous people that I have houseset for.
We are spiritual beings and have hopes that our community can come to our aid as we hope we can continue to do in our future for others when things aren't quite so well with some of you.
