I just wondered if anyone noticed Janice Theller passed away? I hope so. She did a lot of work with animals in our area.

".... Janice felt deeply about the injustices that the animals of this planet suffer at the hands of humans. Her life's work was focused on animals. She co-founded North Bay Canine Rescue and Placement (a cattle-dog rescue organization), tamed feral cats for Forgotten Felines, was active in horse rescue, and also rescued dogs from Mexico. The list goes on and on."

It IS a real loss, especially for the animals...
I wonder who's adopting her pets...hopefully her family members..?

I always read the obits and sometimes cry for the beautiful lives (or were they lies?!) people have lived. I read this and wondered why I didn't know her and what a shame I missed her! We oughta have a rule that when we go another steps forward in our place. Seems like a real loss.

And Moonrise, you're the one who posted about the dog running in Fo'ville? Has anyone followed up on this?

I hope everyone will sign the GUEST BOOK for Janice. I believe my cat, Daisy is probably the mother of at least one or two of her cats. Janice came to my rescue with finding a home for a cat I had found and could not keep. I liked Janice a lot.
