Medium room, 19 ft x 12 ft, large closet, carpeted, sunny and warm south side of house.
Shared bathroom with one other roommate/tenant, share kitchen and meals and conversations as it flows.
Share main house, yard, shop, storage, laundry room, and garden also with owner and possible other tenant and land-mates on 8 acres.
Looking for conscious, aware folks and kind humans that have learned basic communications and simple community process skills, to help keep the peace strong, the future bright, and the drama low…..
Rural skills and attitudes, some wisdom of experience, along with longer term relation building especially welcome. No animals or pets please…..
$950 per month includes electric and internet… share propane bill…. $1,000 deposit…. month to month, but looking for longer term intention….
