Dr. Kimeka Campbell advocates for a Harrisburg, PA, citizens' oversight committee that would be able to require responses from the police. On 11/7 police officer Brandon Hoover entered her home, without identifying himself as a cop, saying her party's music was too loud. Dr. Campbell told him to get out, and he maced her and her guests and arrested her.
