Seeking ghostwriter/editor

I wrote a sort of memoir in 2012 and have just rediscovered it. There's some really great stuff in there, but some of my views have changed, and I don't have the skill to do some of the more complex writing.

I am seeking someone to work with, or a referral to someone I can work with. The goal is to get the book published, and to be in contract with that writer so that any proceeds and percentages are spelled out before we start. Well, once we know we're compatible, etc.

I wanted to mention that I have connected with someone for purposed of writing this book, and we are in the beginning phases to deciding if we want to work together. For now, I am no longer seeking a person to help me. However, if my situation changes, I will add to this post.
