You’ll be moving into an established home that has everything you need to live comfortably, however the bedroom will be an unfurnished clean slate.
Bedroom is a good size with a large closet and shares a nice bathroom with one other housemate.
The house has a large living room a home theater projector screen. Lots of space for movement like yoga and dance. Large, fully equipped kitchen with a big dining room table nearby. House has a washer and dryer as well as space to hang dry on the back porch. Beautiful front porch for sunset views. We would love someone who’s excited about our community garden and participates in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our home.
We are 3 women who love to dance, do yoga, garden, spend time in nature, cook delicious meals and value a cooperative, positive approach to communal living. We value clear, honest communication, high emotional intelligence and a respect for boundaries and individual needs. This household is sex positive, queer friendly, and environmentally and socially aware. We love spending time together perhaps by sharing a meal or watching a movie but we are all fairly independent and like to do our own thing. We have quiet hours during the weekdays starting around 10pm, so someone who shares our schedule would be a great fit to live with us. Our ideal housemate can go with the flow, communicate their feelings easily, do their fair share of household chores & cleaning, and be a team player. No pets, we already have one cat and would like to keep it that way.
We keep a clean house and even more so during COVID times. We’re only considering people who have observed reasonable social distancing and who are willing to be transparent with their choices of interactions. We all take the health of our collective household seriously. We have individually gone on trips and larger outdoor gatherings but discuss these events with the entire house beforehand and establish clear boundaries and protocols around these sorts of events to keep all members of our household feeling safe. We always wash our hands upon entering the house first thing upon returning from any outings.
House is located between Sebastopol and Occidental. About 15 mins from Downtown Sebastopol and 10 mins from downtown Occidental.
