Bay area native who has lived in Sonoma County for 7 years seeks room. I can afford about $700-$950 a month. I would like to have a room that is big enough for a desk so I can study, etc. I have good credit and excellent references. I am a non-smoker, have no pets but don't mind yours and like to keep a clean house. I have great credit and references. Thank you.
