I am seeking a room in a country or natural setting in Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Cotati or Petaluma. A more Urban setting could also work. I am financially stable, kind, intelligent, creative and am looking for a 6 month - 1 year lease. I am a 58 year old female, a Certified Nursing Assistant, a dance Instructor and event producer and I am seeking a large house with gardening, animals, and a space to have artistic and intellectual gatherings apon occasion.
