Hello!
I am moving to Costa Rica to pursue my Masters next week, and am helping my partner (Brett) find a roommate for our sweet and small two bedroom house in Graton (great locations, between Occidental, Sebastopol and Forestville!, 25 mins to the ocean). The place has a nice energy to it, it is clean and airy with good light. Brett is a School Psychologist and is currently working from home, while school is virtual. We will re-arrange our room once I move out (by next week) so that his office can be in in the bedroom, and so he does not have to use the common area for work.
-$1,000 a month includes all utilities (Gas, Trash, Internet)

- Large Garden space/backyard
- Very large shared bathroom
- No pets
- Month to Month
- Starting October 1st, but flexible.
- You can keep any of the furniture pictured in your room if you'd like; we will get rid of whatever you don't want! (a loft bed with two Full/double-sized mattresses, an armoire, chair, tv, plants!)
- No laundry on site, but a laundromat is very nearby in Graton.
- Little storage for stuff (no closets)
- We have a small very sweet outdoor/indoor kitty named Lila.
