Complaint:
Count One, Treason: On September 28, 2006, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein and 47 other awful traitors in the U.S. Senate suspended the privilege of habeas corpus for Guantanamo Bay Prisoners who neither rebelled against nor invaded the United States. This gave aide and comfort to certain domestic enemies like Ken Lay who through corporations like Enron gave the Taliban $400 million to secure pipeline routes across the sacred Hindu Kush Mountains in primarily atheist Afghanistan to deliver Turkmenistan natural gas to the clients of the world's top corruptionist Willie Brown, Communist China, India and Japan. The Taliban was created by the Clintons in 1996 as a combination of the CIA, the Pakistani secret service, and Osama bin Laden. About the same time, the Clintons deregulated natural gas prices and Enron builder Lay and Assembly Speaker Emeritus Willie Brown, operating as da Mayor of San Francisco, raped California of its reliable energy production. In 1999, Mayor Brown protected blood diamond king Osama from exposure by Reverend Jesse Jackson. Senator Feinstein is sponsored by Grand Intimidator Willie Brown, 'da Phantom Governor of California and Wizard of Deception. Wiz Willie finessed the Hearst Corporation's monopoly purchase of the San Francisco Chronicle in return for re-election favors. He came within 41 minutes of being appointed VP after 9-11 and is the only self-boasted 9-11 material witness. By suspending the privilege of habeas corpus from alleged criminal prisoners -- who can not be prisoners of war since no war is declared -- al Qaeda members will not be able to tell a federal judge what they know to confirm the above. Al Qaeda member Zacarias Moussaoui knows "exactly who done it" but is gaged by U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema.
Complaint: Count Two, Treason: On September 29 and 30, 2006 in conspiratorial and closed 5 hour sessions, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein and all 99 other treasonous members of the U.S. Senate unanimously funded $2.5 billion per day for an evil Department of Defense that stood down on 9-11 to aid the organized crimes that caused the unplanned murder of over 2,500 Twin Tower occupants including 347 firefighters and now deprives, according to Johns Hopkins University, about 460 persons of life per day in Afghanistan and Iraq for domestic enemies without due process of law in congressionally undeclared wars of congressional choice in violation of the 5th Amendment and every tenet of human decency. This dereliction of duty by every member of the U.S. Senate gives aid and comfort to enemies of the state who run a huge conspiracy to cover up that 9-11 was an Enron organized crime, not an "act of war," as Senator John McCain fraudulently labeled it, and that Public Law 107-243, the Undeclared War Act of 2002, legalizes mass murder and plunder in Iraq for corporate gain and fascist population management.
Complaint: Count Three, Treason: In October of 2002, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein and 372 other traitors in the 107th Congress authorized the use of deadly U.S. military force in Iraq for domestic enemies without first declaring war as her Oath of Office and her contracts with Complainants require. This unconstitutional abuse of power under Public Law 107-243 led to the murder of over 2,700 congressionally betrayed U.S. troops, over 600,000 innocent Iraqi civilians, and Marla Ruzicka of Lake County, California. The late "world savior" Marla was a personal friend of former undeclared war opponent, U. S. Senator Barbara Boxer, as former undeclared war opponent U.S. Representative Mike Thompson and some 600 mourners at her funeral on April 23, 2005 could verify, including Green Party activist Media Benjamin, Vietnam Veterans of America founder Bobby Muller, actor Sean Penn, and Senator Patrick Leahy's staff member Tim Reiser. "Sweetest warrior girl" Marla was apparently murdered by a cowardly order for U.S. troops to shoot-to-kill every man, woman, or child on Iraqi streets between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. In order to cover this up, the author was framed and jailed by Lake County Supervisors Rob Brown and Gary Lewis. He was then deprived of his First Amendment right to make sensitive public comment by Superior Court Judge David W. Herrick. All three of these traitors will eventually face death sentences under California Penal Code Section 37 for giving aid and comfort to domestic enemies, as will Dianne Feinstein.
If Senator Feinstein and the U.S. Senate would like da 9-11 Truth Campaign to drop this complaint, Senator Feinstein's office has until 4 p.m. California time on Friday, October 20, 2006 to issue a press release urging her dirty U.S. Senate colleagues to meet in emergency session before the November 7, 2006 General Election to consider the repeal of evil, fascist, criminal, and unconstitutional Public Law 107-243 and to declare a cease fire in congressionally undeclared war of congressional choice, not necessity.
