Please ask Point Reyes to bring in water for the elk

Please ask the National Park service not to let Tule Elk die of thirst like they did last time.

You can be sure that the cattle for whom the land was stolen from the elk do not have a water shortage issue. For all the lip service I hear from the pro animal-ag/Marin Carbon Project folks about living in harmony with the elk, they don't appear to give two licks about the Tule Elk not having enough water to survive.

I've written to MCP and Jared Huffman to see what they have to say about it, if anything and am waiting.

Done. In the field for Why? I wrote "Maximum possible species diversity is crucial to a good quality of life for humans." Actually, it's because water is crucial for a good quality of life for elk, but I figured the mucky-mucks could more easily understand wanting to benefit humans.
