HELP:
our 35 year old 30 gallon upright water heater died and is flooding the mo home slowly...
The hassle of CODE crap and etc etc of straight line "just call the guys and do it " involved ripping half the house apart and thousands of dollars . can't and won't...pg&e programs etc flubba dubba don't call us we'll call you blah blah blah ..
I can install for my friend (70's) who needs it .new one costs a BUNCH somebody probably just put in a nice on-demand ,and has their ol' gas one just sittin' around no?
