Last year in the 4AM fire evacuation we lucked out, finding friends in Santa Rosa in a non-evac area who would let us use their spare room. This year, not an option, because of the virus. I heard some folks say they parked their vehicles in open fields in the Petaluma area. We can self-sustain in our van for a while, but would appreciate suggestions of where to go without getting immediately rousted by cops. — Elizabeth Fuller
