About this time last year i went through the Corn Maze in Petaluma. (I never have been able to resist a pun.) I wandered around for hours, unable to find my way out, and finally just walked through a couple of rows of corn and followed the highway back to the parking lot. By the time i got there, my truck was the last vehicle left in the lot, and the people in charge of the operation were in the process of locking the gate. One of them said, "Oh yeah, we were wondering whose truck that was," but they were so (heh-heh) clueless it never ocurred to them to stand up on the platform and guide its owner out.
If i'd gotten back a minute later, i'd have been locked in for the night, unless i wanted to drive my truck through the fence. So if you decide to walk the maze, bring a flashlight and maybe a cel phone. Actually, a bullhorn or a
bag of shiny pebbles might not be a bad idea, either.

Great suggestion, Moon! You may also want to get a map (for a $1?). Even with the map it can be challenging, and it's an excellent exercise in navigating with one!:halloweenpumkin: :search::Pocketwlk:

there is a secret to navigating any maze or labyrinth, any student of greek mythology will tell you. it's to always keep your left hand on the wall.
