COVID-19 has forced us to stop as never before.
We are living a SEA CHANGE; our world is in a profound transformation.
Dear Artist,
What is your sea change?
Has this crisis affected your life?
Has it changed the way you view other people or the world?
Do you think what life will be like in the future?
Do you appreciate something differently that you may have taken for granted before?
Will the green of the grass and the blue of the sky be more vibrant than ever?
Can you see spring and soft flowers, or do you see death and decay?
Will you record your dance or read us a poem of overflowing gratitude?
Maybe your work has been your outlet to deal with
your reflections of this time of our lives.
Nothing is too much… fear, anger, hope, loss, family, connectedness,
loneliness, love, anxiety, hope, appreciation, or things that only you can feel.
This show will be a powerful exhibition of what people have created in
response to new feelings and the experience of living with COVID-19.
Please share with us, through your art, your experiences
of this traumatic and uncertain time.
We welcome all art including but not limited to
painting, photography, collage, sculpture, fiber art,
assemblages, music, videos, happy or sad.
