Among the many challenges of this time is to keep moving! I had just signed up for Coaches Corner when this hit :( I had been going to live exercise class in Marin and I found it very helpful to keep me motivated. All I had to do was get to my car and the rest would take care of itself. But now...

So what's working for you? What's keeping you moving and engaged? Could be a live zoom call or a pre-recorded series or an app or ...?

Balkan and Greek dance --usually done with connected hands but you can do it solo. Here is an example (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFYJVLXyH9w&list=PLxIc4pL8FINIU3zoQeS0UsH8h8ErFLK9B&index=9) (Ahmet Luleci leading Shashkin)

Zuza is holding online dances every Sat and Sunday. I'm shakin' my booty and working up a good heart rate! Plus she always weaves a lovely and meaningful lesson throughout and has us connect in small break outs with people across the world. Really wonderful! By donation.
